If you are a VSC swimmer and are headed for
college after high school, college swimming may be in your future.
It may even be a foot in the door to opportunities that you thought
were out of reach.
This article from the Columbian newspaper is about two of
our swimmers and their college scholarship success story.

options and reach your future goals. These
links are provided as a service to VSC swimmers. If you come across
another information source that you think your teammates might
benefit from, please let us know and we’ll add it right
away.
Here is a sample Swim Resume. To help you get noticed by college
coaches, you can help create a personal page on the VSC website,
similar to the sample, then include the link in your correspondence
with them. If you are a Junior or Senior in high school and are
interested in developing your own swim resume, print this form, fill it out and get it to a VSC webmaster.
When your resume is finished, you will get an internet link to your
own swim resume page which you can include in correspondence. Be
sure to update it regularly as your best times improve. Your swim
resume will not be reachable by clicking a link from the VSC
website - it will only be available to those you choose to share it
with.
