Beginner Skills Checklist

Must be able to perform all Pre-Beginner skills.

                                        - Repetitive bubble blowing and breathing
                                        - Back float (hands at side)
                                        - Independent kickboard kicking
                                        - Retrieve object from instructors hand
                                        - Streamline to and from the wall
                                        - Single arm backstroke
                                        - Deep water jumps
                                        - 25 yard kicking on back and stomach
                                        - 25 yard competence in backstroke
                                        - Introduction to extended arm rotational breathing
                                        - Safety Skills
