Stroke School

This Stroke School is designed for swimmers who compete on summer league teams and wish to continue to work on stroke technique, starts and turns throughout the off season. Emphasis on mechanics will be through heavy drill work.

Dates: September 26, 2009 - May 15, 2010

Sessions will be on Saturdays at the following times:

8 years old & younger: 1pm - 1:45pm

9 - 11 year olds: 1pm - 2pm

12 year of age & older: 1pm - 2pm

Pricing: $350 for the first swimmer

$300 for additional swimmers

To register please return this form with payment. Checks should be made out to RPST and the session fees must be paid prior to the beginning of the session. Fees are non-refundable.
