Entry and participant’s requirements:
Ages: 13 and over
Perquisite: Senior Prep swimmers must be able to swim all 4 of the competitive swim strokes, starts and turns legally The Senior Prep level swimmer will emphasize and improve stroke technique, anaerobic and Aerobic development along with year around swim training and competition.
Senior Prep Training and Competition Goals:
·         Improve overall fitness level and strength training
·         Improve all 4 of the competitive strokes, starts and turns
·         Compete in 1 meet per month (average)
·         Increase Anaerobic and Aerobic capacity
·         Training Trip
·         Travel Meet
·         CCS Qualifying
·         JOs
·         Far Westerns
·         Prelim and Final Swim Meets
·         Swimming in College
