This is our most novice
group. Swimmers need to be able to swim 25 yards of Free and Back
unassisted. This group is for young swimmers who have just
transitioned from the lessons program and are not yet ready for the
Super Swimmers group. Swimmers in this group will improve their
swimming skills, gain endurance, gain strength and be introduced to
competition in a fun and open environment. This group
has practice four days per week with occasional clinics on
Saturdays.
