The mission of WEST is to offer the highest quality aquatic program to the community and to provide the opportunity for an individual to become an elite athlete in a safe and enjoyable environment.  

The goal of WEST is to provide a safe environment where children feel comfortable to learn and grow which will allow them to reach their full potential.  We strive to provide an environment that encourages self-discipline, structure, positive self-image and a challenging training environment.
