IF YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR A PRO-RATED FEE, THE PRO-RATED FEE
WILL NOT COME UP ON OUR SYSTEM UNTIL ONE WEEK PRIOR TO
THE START OF THE PRO-RATED SESSION.
 

If you are a current Badger Aquatic family, you already have an account with our on-line registration system.  Please do not start a new account.  Use "returning users" section of form.  If you have forgotten your password simply enter your email and get password.  This will ensure  that we do not have 2 family accounts for you. NOTE:  The website password is different from the registering acct. password - 2 different programs. You will be billed monthly on the 22nd of each month for escrow (meet fees) through your website acct.  All amts. not paid in full by the 20th of the following month will incur a $5 late fee (no exceptions). 

ALL swimmers will need to fill out our registration form.  iF YOU ARE NEW TO BAC, we suggest doing a one week trial BEFORE registering online.  If you have an idea of which level your swimmer is at,  attend one of those practices and talk to the coach.  The coach will usually know within one practice if it is the correct group.  Finish out the week and if it is a good fit, then go online to register.  If you need assistance as to what group to start in you can call Sherry at 438-7195.  NOTE:  The $45 administration  fee will be charged to swimmers/families upon cancellation of any program after registering online. A swimmer may sign up  and at the last minute decide not to do the program.  You will still be responsible for the $45 administrative fee to BAC.  If the USA fee has been sent in to USA swimming, you will also be responsible for that.  If you sign up for a group and the coach moves your swimmer, please email Sherry at niesen51@charter.net. 

All swimmers except for the Little Badgers non-competetive group, need to be USA registered regardless if they are doing meets or not.  If you are transferring from another USA team you will need to send in your USA transfer form along with your payment.  Summer rec leagues are NOT USA swim teams. CHECK HERE TO SEE IF YOU ARE USA REGSITERED THRU 2009.

All families will now be required to pay the $30 family fundraising fee up front.  You can offset this fee by participating in our fundraising opportunities.  Earned fundraising fees will be credited to your escrow account.   (See fundraising page above).  There is no fundraising fee for our Little Badger swimmers.
   
A TWO PAY PLAN IS AVAILABLE FOR FALL SWIMMING: 1/2 DUE BY 9/20/09, BALANCE DUE BY OCT. 19, 2009.  Only applies to full program fees (not available for pro-rating)

Don’t forget to send money for your escrow acct. with your registration.  The suggested amt. is $50 per swimmer.  Any unused amts. will be refunded at the end of the session upon request.

If you register online and cancel you will be required to pay the $45 administrative fee.  If you are registering for a pro-rated fee you will need to wait to register until your at week before your start date.  The pro-rated fee will not come up as an option until the first day of the pro-rate.

 We do offer the 2 payment plan for each session (See above) (except for  our Spring session which is only 8 weeks).  You will be charged 2.95% x the total amt of payment for all credit card and electronic payments to your account.  You do have the option of mailing your check in by simply clicking on "pay nothng now" option.
