The HYCAT
Swimming Program has developed a series of handouts that
collectively comprise our "Parent Handbook." A brief
description of the handout is listed the handout link. Please
take time to read and review the various handouts listed
below:
HYCAT WELCOME
HANDOUT
This handout reviews the HYCAT registration
process and an over-view of the HYCAT Swimming Program from top to
bottom.
HYCAT SEASON
HANDOUT
This handout provides many announcements
regarding the HYCAT Swimming Program for all swimmers and
parents regarding arrival/departure from the pool area; the HYCAT
Stroke Clinics/Camps information; swim meet competition
information; misbehavior policy; and more.
HYCAT
SWIMMING FEES HANDOUT
This handout outlines the HYCAT Swimming Program
swim team fees, including the monthly; USA Registration &
HYCAT Membership fees. The HYCAT Swimming Program has a
"family" maximum of $245.00/month excluding the USA & HYCAT
fees.

COMMUNICATION HANDOUT
This handout outlines the various methods of
communication that the HYCAT Swimming Program utlizies throughout
the year including the club’s newsletter ("SPLASH"); web
site; bullentin boards; handouts; message board located on top of
the door to the HYCAT Swimming Office; HYCAT Announcement window;
message/fax service; HYCAT Coaching Staff e-mail & phone
information; team roster; HYCAT Board list; and more.

This handout outlines the various goals &
objectives that have been established for the HYCAT
"Recreational/Developmental" Program; the HYCAT "Competitive"
Program; and the over-all HYCAT Swimming Program for the 2009-09
Swimming Season.

ADVANCEENT CRITERIA HANDOUT
This handout outlines the various criteria
necessary for a swimmer to advance from one program to another
within the HYCAT "Recreational/Developmental" Program; the HYCAT
"Competitive Program; and from the HYCAT "Rec/Dev" Program to the
HYCAT "Comp" Program.

RECOGNITION HANDOUT
This andout outlines the various recognition
programs that the HYCAT Swimming offers its members, including the
awards for the Annual Awards Banquet (Fall & Winter Seasons)
and Awards Picnic (Summer Season); swimwear recogntion system and
the HYCAT TAP (Travel Assistance Program) Program. There are
two (2) additional handouts outlining the HYCAT TAP Program which
are available withion the Fall/Winter or Summer Program links.
