Dryland Programs

 
The HYCAT Swimming Program offers four (4) different dryland programs to enhance the swimming training for members of the HYCAT "Competitive" Teams.  HYCAT has employed "Elite Athletic Training" to provide certified strength & conditioning coaches to implement and supervise the program.  Matt Bradley is the HYCAT Head Strength & Conditioning Coach with assistance from Bobby Helmick & Shalimar Wilder.  Both Matt & Bobby are also certified athletic trainers and serve as athletic trainers to the HYCAT Swimming Program during swim & dryland practices and swim meets.
