Online registration is NOT currently available.  To register, you can mail or fax in your completed registration form.  If you want Autumn to save your family information, you can check the box down at the bottom of the form.  Then for future sessions, you would only have to email Autumn your name and day/time you are registering for.    If you have been in one of our sessions since spring 2009 session, you are in our new database and you can just email Autumn your session choices.

Illness Policy:

If your child(ren) have any kind of symptoms of any illness, DO NOT bring them into swimming lessons that day.  You can schedule a makeup class to make up for any of these classes.  Symptoms to consider are fever, sore throat, cough, vomiting, diarrahea, etc.  If in doubt, do not bring the child to class.  Thank you for your consideration of other patrons and staff during this flu season.

Cancellation Policy:

Reminder, there are NO refunds of swim fees once you register, only an in-house credit when deemed appropriate.  This would include little children who start the class and are just not ready, we would credit the amount paid towards a future session.  Once you turn in your registration form, we hold that spot for you and have a teacher in place.  We do not offer in house credit when client has a change in their schedule, so plan accordingly.  We can be flexible in changing class times for you as long as we have openings, but that is not guaranteed.

Program Description                                                                                                          SwimAmerica is a learn to swim program provided by the Waukesha Express Swim Team.  Preschool lessons are offered to 3 and 4 year olds that have no prior experience in our program.  Parents are not in the water for these lessons, so preschool swimmers must be comfortable being away from mom or dad.  Our preschool lessons are 30 to 40 minutes in length with one instructor for every 2 to 3 children.  Our school age lessons are for children ages 5 and up.  Each lesson is 40 minutes with one instructor for every 4 to 5 children.  Both Preschool and School Age classes are held at each time period, no need to come at different times for different age children.

A new parent meeting will be held on the first day of class to explain our program and answer your questions.    When registering a new swimmer to our program, please leave the station number blank.  All new swimmers will be evaluated at their first lesson of the session.  New swimmers will receive an ID card at their first lesson and they will need to bring ID card each time they attend class.

Reminder, there are NO refunds of swim fees, only an in-house credit when deemed appropriate.  This would include little children who start the class and are just not ready, we would credit the amount paid towards a future session.
