Checks ONLY! All club athletes should registrer through their
club, NOT directly to the Snake River Registration Chairman.
Check must be made out to:

Swimming
All athletes must complete a
2010 registration form; include family/household email on the
registration form. NEW athletes must also include a copy of
their birth certificate with the registration form &
fees.
All athlete membership
application forms must be signed by the applicant, parent, or
guardian. Birth certificates are required for NEW
athletes.

Registration Form $51, individual;
$95, family* * (two non-athletes from the same family; not valid
for athlete registrations)

2010 Snake River Swimming Team
Registration Form Fee: $100, if
completed before 12/1/2009; otherwise, the fee is $120. The
Seasonal Club fee is $45.
