College Advice from USA-Swimming
Check it all out!
Major points to
consider as you begin your college search are: Majors offered
(& your interests), size of school, geography (how far from
home do you want to be), cost (although grants and financial aid
can make this a moot point), swimming.
Regarding swimming
major points are: do you want to swim, what level of swimming are
you interested in, how committed do you want to be (huge variations
here even amongst schools that compete with each other), what type
of end of season meet is important to you (conference champs vs
National Champs at some level), and finally do you want to be a big
fish, little fish, or one of the regular fish.
