occasional award by the Coach/Coaching Staff to recognise an act,
series of acts or behaviour which, in the coaches’
opinion, reflects the pursuit of excellence or the spirit of
swimming that all members of Stingray Swim Club are urged to strive
for.

Tori has
been consistently training hard for the past 15 months since she
joined the Discipline Group in Sept, 07. She has
impressed her coaches with her never give up attitude and her
willingness to work on improving her stroke
technique. Not only does she have a
great work ethic that makes her a pleasure to coach but she is also
a great team mate. Always supporting her fellow
team members and encouraging them when the sets are tough or the
races are hard.
