2010 USA/Gulf Swimming registration form

Gulf Swimming transfer form for transferring swimmers only - cost is $1 Gulf Swimming transfer fee and $35 administrative fee

For a USA Swimming registration form, please see a board member at the pool; these should not be sent directly to USA Swimming or Gulf Swimming. They are to be turned in to the AQUA registrar. Gulf Swimming does not allow swimmers to register outside of the team registrar unless the individual  swimmer chooses not  to be affiliated with any Gulf Swimming team.
