Group Practice Times

Groups have changed - please see posted list at the pavilion (6/8/09).

There will be a new practice schedule the week of June 22nd (for All Stars / Ponderosa):

8:00 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.:  11 & up 

9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.:  7-10’s

9:15 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.:  6 & under

If you have conflicts, please let Coach Jim know.  Thank you!

NO PRACTICE MEMORIAL DAY, MAY 25th OR LAST DAY OF SCHOOL, June 4th.

The Cypresswood Sharks offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. Practices are after school everyday and everyday in the morning once school ends unless there is a change in schedule.  Swimmers are not required to attend every day but is highly encouraged.  The coaches would like for each swimmer to swim at least 3 days each week.  It is the goal of the team to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.  Practice times and groups can change as needed.  We will send notifications if there are any changes.  After school practice starts Monday, April 27th.  Morning practices start Monday, June 8th.
