Coaches Incentive Awards
Time Improvements
– Any improvement in a swimmer’s time in any event
earns a “Time Improvement.” Time Improvements are
rewarded by a “Piggy Stamp” on a swimmer’s
“Time Improvement” T-shirt. A total of 15 or more Time
Improvements in a single season earns the swimmer a special Time
Improvement blanket, towel or warm-up vest. A special year-end
award goes to the swimmer with the most Time Improvements of the
season.
Reward Times
– Red, silver and gold stars, which may be embroidered onto a
swimmer’s Swim Team sweat shirt, are awarded to swimmers who
achieve specific time goals. An Honor Time T-shirt is given to
swimmers who achieve a specific Honor Time goal. To view Reward

Special Swim Team Awards

Awards Night
At the end of the season, usually within a week or two of the
County Meet, an awards dinner at the pool is held in honor of all
Swim Team swimmers and parents. This is a special event for the
whole family, where awards and special recognition serve as a
tribute to individual performance as well as the team’s
success.
