The Sunfish is a club that
accommodates all families.
For those families that just want
their children to learn the essentials of proper swimming, we have
this available. For those families that want their children to play
only Water Polo, we offer this. Swimming & Water Polo, we offer
this too!

Our Summer
Program is designed to teach the essentials of proper swim
strokes. By having the opportunity to practice what they learn,
children become more adept and stronger swimmers.

Our Winter Maintenance
Program is designed to teach the fundamentals of swimming
and maintain technique and stamina for our members. New families
also greatly benefit from our Winter Maintenance Program. Their
children learn from "SEASONED" swim coach staff. They learn proper
swimming techniques & will gain improved cardiovascular
stamina. Winter maintenance also introduces the joy of
"Swimming".
To ensure parents as well as
swimmers have a positive season; please be aware of the
following:
The TEAM INFORMATION BOARD is
located in the second shack closest the washrooms. Information
regarding swim meets, relays, meet results, practice changes, and
fund raising will be posted on a regular basis.
Parents are not allowed on the
pool deck. Parents are permitted to watch their children swim from
public seating areas only.
PLEASE DO NOT INTERRUPT PRACTICE
TO SPEAK TO THE COACH! Interrupting practice could endanger
swimmers’ safety by taking the coach’s attention away
from the pool.
NO OUTDOOR FOOTWEAR IS PERMITTED
ON DECK. Please remove all outdoor footwear, you may change into
deck only shoes or go barefoot.
