The Noblesville Swim Club offers training
and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It
is the goal of the Noblesville Swim Club to offer
age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards
challenging each individual and developing each individual to the
best of THEIR abilities.

Senior
This is our high school swimmers
that will have a least 8 training sessions a week during the
season. Attendance is required. Gear needed: mesh bag,
kickboard, pull bouy, fins, paddles, and swim snorkel.
Junior
All swimmers will practice 2 hrs a day 6 days a week with dry land
M-W-F. All 11 and older
swimmers must have five divisional times, regardless of age, which
can be found
on the web site. Swimmers must attend at least 80% of all practices
and
participate in all championship meets including finals. Gear-mesh
bag, kickboard,
pull bouy, fins, paddles, resistance band and snorkel.
Gold
All swimmers will practice 2 hrs a day 5 days a week which will
include dryland
which will be determined by the coach. This group will
be 11 and up.
Gear-mesh bag, kickboard, pull bouy and
fins.
Silver
All swimmers will practice 1 1/2 hrs a
day 3-4 times a week. This group is mainly
swimmers that are new to the team and
are 11 and older. They will will work on all
the competitive strokes while building
endurance.
Diamond
All swimmers will practice 1 hr a day 3 days a week with
alternating weeks of 4
workouts. Swimmers must have a legal time in all 4 competetive
strokes. This group
is mainly 10 & under
Emerald
All swimmers will swim 1 hr three days a week and will remain
in the
group until proficient in all four competitive strokes being
butterfly, backstroke
breaststroke and freestyle.
