High School Swimmers!

Free tryouts   

Monday - Friday 4:30 - 6:30pm and Saturday 9 - 11am (Coach Kamie)

Improve stroke techniques (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly)

Improve racing starts and turns

Improve speed and conditioning
