Dear All,

We are excited about continuing our relationship with the Noblesville Swim Team. We have added a
team page to our website for NOB. The NOB team page gives you the ability to order the team suit,
equipment and apparel on our website and have it shipped directly to you.

If you are already a member of our website, send me an email (mike@swimvilleusa.com) to request a
team log in. I will click the button for your account to have the ability to visit the team page. If you are
not a member of our website, please follow these steps:

Visit: www.swimvilleusa.com
In the upper left hand corner of the home page is a link that says TEAM LOGIN. Click this link and the
next page will have a button in the middle of the page that reads CREATE ACCOUNT. Click this button
and fill in the necessary blocks. In the middle of this page of information is a block which asks for a team
code. Please enter nob0805 in that block, complete the rest of the form and click the continue button at
the bottom of the page. You will see a new link on the left hand side of the web page which says:
TEAM: Noblesville Swim Team. Click this link and you will be able to shop for any merchandise we
offer for your team.
