Host your Childs Birthday Party at
SwimAmerica
SwimAmerica is the most fun place for childrens
birthday parties. Your children and their friends will have a
great time and enjoy supervised swimming fun in our
comfortable heated pool. Best of all… you never have to
worry about a rain date! Just make a call to SwimAmerica, and
we’ll do the rest!
The Party
1. Your own party set-up in the cafe and exclusive pool time.
2. Two to three hours of fun and enjoyment to include play time in
the pool, changing time, and time to eat pizza and cake.
3. Pizza for 20. Additional pies may be purchased.
4. Price includes 20 people in the water (with adults). There
will be an $10 fee for each additional swimmer over 20.
5. A lifeguard, party hostess and supervisory personnel are
provided. There is an additional charge for a mandatory extra
supervisory person for parties with more than 20 people in the
water. $25 for 2 hour party / $40 for 3 hour party.
6. A lifeguard or supervisory person will make sure each
child’s individual abilities are noted so proper supervision
can be made. One staff member will play in the water with your
guests while another remains on deck.
Payment
1. Upon party registration, the customer/sponsor is required to
pay SwimAmerica a 50% non-refundable deposit, excluding any
additional charges for extra children, supervisory personnel,
pizza, etc. Should there be sickness, your child’s birthday
party will be re-scheduled to the next available day. Deposits may
be paid by cash, check or charge.
2. Party balance plus extras must be paid in exact cash or credit
card prior to the day of the party or prior to its start.
3. There will be an automatic additional charge for parties
that extend 15 minutes past the scheduled end of the
party.
Availability is Limited. Please book your Birthday Party at
least 2 months in advance.
