Pool Winterizing Service Includes:

• Blowing out of all pool lines
• Disassembly and cleaning of filter system
• Reinstall pool cover
• Removal of ladder, dive board, etc
• Addition of winter chemicals

Pool Summerizing Service Includes:

• Remove and fold cover
• Reinstall filter system
• Reinstall ladders, dive boards, etc.
• Start and check the filter system
• Addition of startup chemicals

Spa Winterizing Includes:

• We clean the tub with a fast acting surface cleaner that removes tough water lines and grease build-up.
• The tub is rinsed, vacuumed, and wiped down with a towel.
• The plumbing lines are blown out completely.
• Water is drained from all pumps

Spa Summerizing Includes:

• We clean the tub with a fast acting surface cleaner that removes tough water lines and grease build-up.
• The tub is rinsed, vacuumed, and wiped down with a towel.
• The shell of the tub is waxed from the waterline to the lip of the tub to protect the acrylic finish from chemical attack and fading from UV rays.
• The filter cartridge is cleaned with a spray on formula to remove oil, grease, calcium, and scale formation.
• The operation of the tub is checked to make sure that the heater, pumps, blower, and controls are working properly.
• The water is shocked with a chemical that disinfects the water and kills any bacteria.

Spa Drain/Clean/Refill Includes:

• The spa is drained.
• We clean the tub with a fast acting surface cleaner that removes tough water lines and grease build-up.
• The tub is rinsed, vacuumed, and wiped down with a towel.
• The shell of the tub is waxed from the waterline to the lip of the tub to protect the acrylic finish from chemical attack and fading from UV rays.
• The spa is refilled with fresh water.
• The filter cartridge is cleaned with a spray on formula to remove oil, grease, calcium, and scale formation.
• The spa cover is cleaned with a heavy duty liquid UV protectant.
• The operation of the tub is checked to make sure that the heater, pumps, blower, and controls are working properly.
• The water is shocked with a chemical that disinfects the water and kills any bacteria.
