2009-2010 GAEL AQUATIC CLUB PAYMENT POLICY &
PROCEDURES
1. Initial payment
must be paid within 14 days of the postmark of this bill,including
time and credit card payments.
2. Available Payment Plan- The following plan is available with no service charge or
interest. The Two
Payment Option: No. 1
payment of 50% of bill within 14 days of initial bill postmark. No.
2 payment of balance (50%) by December 15, 2009.

top of the home page.
3. Meet, Equipment and Supply Fee of
$175*is
required of all team members. This fee is used to cover the costs
and use of related practice gear that the team will supply as
well as newsletter and web site costs, awards, meet entry fees and
site and individual insurance, etc.*The Future Team M.E.S. is $90.
4 . United
States Swimming Registration Fee of
$60. This
fee is required of all team members and covers the annual
registration fee sanctioned by the National governing body and
includes of site insurance and the national SPLASH
magazine.
NOTE: Personal wear,
suits, goggles, etc. are not covered under this fee; United States
Swimming, Inc. registration and insurance is covered along with
supplemental participant insurance through the Allen J. Flood, Inc
agency and The Hartford Insurance, Corp.
5. 2009-2010 Seasonal
Fees cover participation from September 1, 2009 to July 30, 2010,
with these exceptions:
Starfish will end
their season on March 12, 2010.
All other levels will
end the season on 7/30/10; and, will have modified schedules during
the period of 3/12/10 to 7/30/10 due to recreational and day camp
activities in pool. These specific schedules will be published on
the team web site by January 15, 2010.
The level fees
are listed below and do not include MES & USS Registration
Fee:
STARFISH............$1075.00/swimmer (Final STAR session is
03/12/10)
BRONZE..............$1450.00/swimmer (Final BRZ session is
07/30/10)
SILVER..............$1450.00/swimmer (Final SLV session is
07/30/10)
GOLD................$1890.00/swimmer (Final GLD session is
07/30/10)
PRE-SENIOR..........$1890.00/swimmer (Final PSR session is
07/30/10)
SENIOR..............$1995.00/swimmer (Final SEN session is
07/31/09)
Due to fixed costs
per swimmer, there is no
pro-rating of
seasonal training fees for weekly schedule
variations. A
discount of 10% of the level fees only will be applied to the
lowest level team member in the same family. A discount of 50% of
the level fees only will be applied to third family member on the
next lowest levels. There is no discount of the MES & USS
Fees.
6. Failure to
complete payments by specified dates may result in suspension of
swimmers until such time that there account is
current.
7. Occasional
Holidays, mechanical problems, meet schedules, acts of God, college
events or weather problems may cause cancellations or adjustments
in scheduling. Please refer to monthly calendars for details
and www.gaelac.com for updates. No make-up programming or refunds
are available in these cases and all such circumstances are handled
by the coaching staff on a prudent basis to minimize these events
whenever possible.
8. No refunds
after October 16, 2009. Fees will be pro-rated for this period of
enrollment on the team . (M.E.S. Fees are
non-refundable and cannot be pro-rated)
