Beginners Group
This is our entry-level swim team group. An athlete needs to be able to swim to enter this group. This group focuses mainly on learning the four legal competitive strokes, having fun, and perfecting the start and turn technique. Competing at swim meets is highly encouraged at a rate of about once per month.
Equipment: Snorkel, MAC mesh bag, large kickboard, pull-buoy, and rubber fins.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5-6pm

Intermediate Group
From the Beginner group, athletes move into this group. Athletes in this group are usually at least 11 years old and have completed the Beginner Group move-up skills list. This group is exposed to training for the first time while trying to prepare for the 200 Freestyle and 200 Individual Medley races. Competing at swim meets is highly encouraged at a rate of about once per month.
Equipment: Paddles, snorkel, MAC mesh bag, large kickboard, pull-buoy, and rubber fins.

Advanced Age Group
The average for this group is 9-12 years olds that have or are close to their Junior Olympic times. This group has a wide variety of abilities with the goals to achieve Junior Olympic times. Athletes entering this group must display a desire to begin training on a more committed basis. Five afternoons, as well as Saturday morning, will be required. Competing at one swim meet a month is expected. Training includes elite-level technique with the combination of a great deal of aerobic/anaerobic work.
Equipment: Paddles, snorkel, MAC mesh bag, large kickboard, rubber fins, and cords.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30-7pm, Saturday 6-8am.
Dryland: Tuesday & Thursday 7:15-7:45pm, Saturday 8:15am

Pre-Senior Group 13-14
The minimum age for entry into this group is 13 (girls) or 13 (boys). Athletes entering our pre senior group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Practice Monday-Friday, as well as morning workouts and Saturday workouts, are mandatory. At 13 they will attend Wednesdays, at 14 two mornings a week. Training is geared towards individual talents while developing a strong aerobic base. Athletes in this group will work towards making their JO times.
Equipment: Paddles, snorkel, MAC mesh bag, large kickboard, rubber fins, and cords.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6-7:30pm, Wednesday morning 4:45-6:30am, Saturday 7-9:30am.
Dryland M/W/F 5:10-5:45pm

Pre-Senior Group 15 and over
The minimum age for entry into this group is 15 (girls) or 15 (boys). Athletes entering our pre senior group must display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Practice Monday-Friday, as well as morning workouts and Saturday workouts, are mandatory. At 15 Tuesday and Thursday mornings are required. Training is geared towards individual talents while developing a strong aerobic base. Athletes in this group will work towards making their senior championship times.
Equipment: Paddles, snorkel, MAC mesh bag, large kickboard, rubber fins, and cords.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 3:15 -5 pm, Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4:45-6:30 am. Saturday 7-9:30 am.

Senior's//National
Minimum criteria for entry is (2) Two Sectional time standard and a desire to be competitive on a College/National level. This group focuses on qualifying for Jr National's/National's every year and Olympic Trials every 4 years. Minimum training sets for entry include:
