Swim Team

International Program:  Coming soon to Envious Swimming

This program is designed to allow swimmers to compete on an international level while maintaining the highest level of academic excellence. It is aimed at New England Senior Qualifiers and higher in three or more events and is subject to the head coach’s approval. All swimmers must meet the highest level of excellence in training, academics, in the pool, and as a person. It is a life-changing program that will teach life skills to all involved.

These swimmers will travel for 40 – 60 days around different parts of the world. They will compete, study and learn about all aspects of life and competition. If grades suffer as a result, the swimmer will be ineligible to travel with the squad and will be moved to the next group. This program offers the swimmer the experience of traveling and competing around the world that normally only a select few swimmers ever get to experience. We will have a private teacher, two coaches and two managers for each of these trips. This program will be largely funded by sponsorship and fundraising.

Rockstars:

This group is for our National swimmers, New England 13 years and older qualifiers, and those who cannot travel with the international team. This group will travel throughout New England as well as across country both competing and training. You must have at least three New England Qualifying times 13 years and over and close to or qualified for New England Seniors. Requirements for this group include training attendance, grade point average, and coaches’ discretion.

Snipers:

This program is designed to prepare swimmers and qualify swimmers for New England Seniors. Emphasis is placed on stroke correction and technique as well as natural body strength. Attendance and attitude are key factors that determine advancement into the Rockstar program. Each swimmer in this group should have at lease one New England qualifying time for 13 years and over or be close to qualifying. In this group, we start pushing attendance to better advance the swimmers, especially if the swimmers aspire to swim at the college level.
