From the North: Take 95 South to
Branch Avenue (Exit 24). Turn left onto Branch Avenue to traffic
light. Cross intersection and go up Cypress Street hill to Hope
Street (stop sign). Turn right on Hope Street, bear to the left at
the fork and cross over Lloyd Avenue. Entrance to Athletic Complex
is next driveway on left.
CCB-Carter Community
Building, 1 Taylor Street, Lebanon, NH 03766 (95 miles taking
approximately 2 hours)
From I-89 in NH, take Exit 18
(Route 120) and turn left off the exit. Take Route 120 into the
green of downtown Lebanon. Take a left at the post office as you go
around the green. You will see a sign for the CCBA as you approach
the next turn, just right of the Exxon station. Pass the old Carter
Community building, turn right and then left.
ConcordNH YMCA (45 minutes)
From Nashua, take the Everett
Turnpike north through Manchester to 93 north. Continue north
to Concord and exit at Exit 14. Turn left at the end of the
exit ramp. Go straight and turn left at the 4th
set of lights onto State Street. Go through two more sets of
lights. The YMCA will be on your right. There is a
parking garage just before the YMCA. The spectator seating is
not terrific - plan to go early.

RCC BLUE Swim Team (45 minutes)
From Nashua, take the Everett
Turnpike north through Manchester to 93 north. Continue north
to Concord and take Exit 13. Turn right at the end of the
exit ramp. After approximately ½ mile, on the right
you will see a Dunkin Donuts. Immediately after, you should
see Garvin Falls Road. Take a right onto Garvin Falls Road
and the RCC is the third building on the right.

DartmouthCollege(95 miles taking approximately 2
hours)
From I-89 in NH take Exit 18
(Route 120) north to Hanover. At the Y intersection, bear
right on to Park St. (Mobil Gas on right, Ledyard Bank in middle of
Y). The Thompson Arena parking lot* will be on the right at
the next light, across from Summer St. The athletic building is
straight ahead on the corner of Park St. and Wheelock St. (at the
lights). Turn left on Wheelock St. and use the front
entrance.
From I-91 in VT, take Exit 13 east
across the Connecticut River to Hanover. Proceed through the
light at the top of the hill on Wheelock St. Alumni Gym will be on
the right just after the first street on the right (Crosby St.).
Use the front entrance on Wheelock St. Parking is available at the
Thompson Arena parking lot. When on Wheelock St. proceed to the
next light (Park St.) and turn right. Thompson Arena parking lot*
is the third left, across from Summer St.
*If the Thompson Arena parking lot
is full, follow signs to the shuttle parking lot.
Goffstown, NH (Manchester Y Tigersharks)
The pool is located inside the
Greater Manchester Family YMCA - Allard Center, 116 Goffstown Back
Road, Goffstown NH 03045.
From all directions: Interstate
293 to exit #6, for Amoskeag Bridge/Manchester. Proceed around an
oval rotary following the signs for Goffstown Road, also known as
Goffstown Back Road. Take Goffstown Road for approximately 3 miles.
The Allard Center will be on your left. Parking will be in the lot
behind the Allard Center YMCA, the second left after the main
entrance. Please enter through the main entrance which is
located in the front parking lot. All cars should be parked in the
back parking lot (there will be a police officer on duty to direct
traffic.)
Greater Lowell Technical
High School, 250 Pawtucket Boulevard, Tyngsboro, MA (30
minutes)
From Nashua, take Everett Turnpike
south to Exit 35, Route 113/Tyngsboro/Dunstable. Take right
off exit on 113 East 1.1 miles to lights. Go straight through
lights over Merrimack River bridge. Take 1st right
continuing on Route 113 East. Follow 2.4 miles to jug-handle
on right and the entrance to the Greater Lowell Technical High
School which will be on your left.
HarvardUniversity, Blodgett Pool, Boston,
MA
Take I-93 south to Storrow Drive
exit. Take Storrow Drive west for approximately five miles. Exit at
Harvard Square/North Harvard Street. At top of exit, turn left onto
North Harvard Street . Approximately 1/4 mile on your right will be
the entrance for Harvard Stadium, Bright Hockey Center, Blodgett
Pool, Palmer Dixon Tennis Courts, Beren Tennis Center, Gordon
Track, Cumnock Field, Jordan Field, O’Donnell Field, and
softball field.

From Nashua, take the Everett
Turnpike north to 93 north. Just south of Concord, NH, take
I-89 north, toward the state of Vermont, the city of Lebanon and
Lake Sunapee. Continue on I-89 to New London, Exit 11, Route
11, King Hill Rd. Continue east on Route 11 about 1 mile to
Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street at the intersection
of 11 and 114. Hogan Center is about 1 mile on the
right. The center is set back from the road, and has a
parking lot in front. (If you pass Colby-Sawyer College on
your right, you missed it!)
Jenny Thompson Pool,
Dover, NH
Take exit 8E off Spaulding
Turnpike in Dover. Follow signs for Route 4 East through downtown
Dover. Jenny Thompson Competition Pool at Guppey Park is
approximately two miles on Route 4 (also known as Portland Ave.),
on the left at the top of the hill.
Keene State College,
Keene, NH (50 miles taking approximately 1.5 hours)
From Nashua, take Route 101 west
to Keene. At the second traffic light, Main Street, turn
right. Proceed on Main Street and turn left on Wyman Way,
follow to the last parking area. Gym/pool is to the far
right.

16 Pelham Rd, Salem, NH. The pool is located on Pelham Rd
which at Exit 2 off of Interstate 93.
Old Ray's
Pool
From Nashua, take Route 111 west
to Route 102 East/Derry Road in Hudson. Stay on Derry Road
for several miles, pass Alvirne High School on left, thru light at
intersection (Mobile gas station on right), past flea market on
right. Continue through lights at four-way intersection in
Londonderry (Crossroads Mall, Brooks Pharmacy on right, Homestead
Restaurant on left). At next set of lights, take left
(Londonderry Post Office will be on your left). Take first
right. Entrance to Workout Club is on the left between Benson
Hardware and movie theater. Pool is on right at end of
building.
Alternate
Directions: From Route
93, take Exit 4 onto Route 102 west. Turn right at BankNorth,
Apple Tree Mall across from Home Depot. Entrance to Workout
Club is on your right between the movie theater and Benson
Hardware. Pool is on right at end of building.
M I T (1
hour)
From I-93, take exit 26, and
follow the signs to Back Bay along Storrow Drive West,
approximately 1.5 miles, to the exit for Route 2A. The exit will be
on the left, just before the Harvard Bridge (more appropriately
called the Massachusetts Avenue Bridge). The Charles River will be
on your right. As you cross the bridge, you will be looking at MIT
. Once on MIT�s campus, take a left onto Vassar Street
and The Zesiger Sports and Fitness Center is located at 120 Vassar
Street, on the left.
NorwichUniversity, Northfield VT (2
hours)
Take I-89 North to Exit 5 in
Vermont. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp, toward
Northfield, onto Route 64. Follow Route 64 2.9 miles to the
bottom of the hill. Turn right onto Route 12, toward
Northfield. Travel 1.6 miles toward Northfield Village.
Pass all Norwich University buildings and main entrance on the
left. Watch for the village green/common on the right.
The parking for the pool is on the left just after the last Norwich
building (Plumley Armory) on the left. Look for the CVWM swim
meet sign.
Phillips Exeter Academy,
Exeter, NH (1 hour)
Take route 111 to Exeter.
Before you come to the center of town take a right onto Court
Street. Follow Court Street around and the Love Gym will be
on your left.
Alternate Route:
Travel east on Route 101 to the
Portsmouth/Stratham exit 11(Route 108) to Exeter. Turn right
at the end of the ramp. Follow this road to the end, at a
stop light turn right into the center of town. At the
bandstand turn left. Court Street will be the first left
turn. The Love Gym will be on your left, and is easily
recognizable with its exterior support beams.
SalemBoy’s Club (45
minutes)
From Nashua take Route 111 East to
Route 93 South. Exit at 2E. Jug handle takes you to
Route 97E. Stay on this road (about one mile) go across Route
28. You will see a Junior High on the right, with Salem High
School behind it. At the next right, turn onto Geremonty
Drive. They Boy’s Club is on your left. If you reach
Rockingham Dodge/Toyota, you went too far on Route 97.
Alternate Route:
From Nashua take Route 111 east to
Route 93 south. Take Exit 1. Go past all the lights for
the Mall and race track. Go straight across Route 28 onto
Veterans Memorial Highway. At the 2nd blinking
light, turn left onto Geremonty Drive. You will pass the
courthouse on your right, the High School on your left. The
Salem Boys & Girls Club will be on the right, just before the
traffic lights.
SalemMAO’Keefe Center (1+ hour)
Route 3 South to 128N/95N.
Keep left onto 128/Gloucester. Take 25A (turn right onto ramp
Lowell St/West Peabody) and sharp left onto Rt. 114 East (Salem
& Marblehead). Follow 114 east for 3.9 miles. Road
has many turns. Get on Rt. 1A at major intersection.
Stay on 1A (land marks - Big Fred’s Roast Beef and
Dominos). Turn right 1 mile until Bagel World on left.
Take next left. O’Keefe Center is on the right.
Southern NH University,
Manchester, NH (1/2 hour)
Everett Turnpike/Route 3 to I-293 North to Exit 6. Cross
the Amoskeag Bridge, then turn left onto Elm Street. Follow Elm for
1 mile, then turn left onto Bennington Road. Go 1 block, then right
onto North River Road. The university is 1.5 miles on the
left. Pool is located in the Athletic/Recreation
Complex, first building on left from main
entrance.
Universityof MA Lowell (30+ minutes depending on Lowell
traffic)
Everett Turnpike south to Exit 35,
Route 113, the Tyngsboro/Dunstable exit. Turn east toward
Tyngsboro. Go straight at the intersection in town, crossing
the bridge over the river. Turn right just past National
Carpet on your right. Continue for 2.4 miles, passing Lowell
Co-Tech on your left, into Lowell. In Lowell, bear left onto
Route 113 which is Riverside Street. (Route 110 continues to
the right at the fork, NOT your route). Go through one set of
lights. The University is on your right. The pool is in
the Costello Gymnasium. There is ample parking just past the
gym.
University of NH
Durham,
NH(55 miles
taking approximately 1.5 hours)
From Nashua, take Everett Turnpike
north toward Manchester. Take Route I-293 South, then Exit 7
onto Route 101 E towards Exeter/Portsmouth. Take Route 125,
Exit 7 towards Epping/Kingston for about 10 miles. Enter
round-about and take 1st exit onto Route 4 East.
Take Route 155A ramp towards UNH/Durham. Keep right at the
fork in the ramp and turn right onto Route 155A. Route 155A
becomes Main Street. The pool is in the athletic complex on
the right
WheatonCollege, Norton MA
Take Interstate 95 south to Exit
6A, Route 495 south. Follow 495 to Exit 11, turn onto 140 south.
Follow Route 140 south 2.5 miles. Turn left at the intersection of
Routes 140 and 123. Proceed three-tenths of a mile east on Route
123 to the visitors’ parking lot, which will be on your
left.
