Orinda Aquatics has achieved remarkable success over its history.  The team has won Junior Nationals (Anchorage, Alaska), Short Course Sectionals, Far Westerns, and the Pacific Swimming Age-Group Championships.  The team has developed or trained over fifteen Olympic Trial swimmers, developed over 150 National level or High School All-American swimmers, and coached over 1,000 OMPA and County finalists.  Additionally, over ninety percent of our graduating swimmers go on to swim in collegiate programs (Please see 2010 list under Success/College and read Senior Letters on Home page).  The team was recognized as a Silver Medal Club in 2006 and a Bronze Medal Club in the USA Swimming Club Excellence program, and was ranked among the top teams in the nation in USA Swimming's Virtual Club Championships for teams under 150 members.  But, most significantly, the success of the team has been achieved in a highly personal, supportive, and "character first" environment.
