Practice Preparation is #1

Times and locations may be found under the Groups & Schedules menu bar.

Any daily changes will be posted on the websites main page under News & Events, and also under the SCHEDULE CHANGES menu item under Groups & Schedules.  

If your child will not be at practice or will be late please let your Coach know ahead of time.

Please have all required equipment (posted on the website under Equipment List) including water.  If there is an issue obtaining the equipment please speak with a Coach

Parents are not allowed on pool deck during practice or meets.  If you need to speak with a Coach please do so either before of after practice.  Setting up a meeting is preferred.

Please leave all coaching to the Coaches.
