Pool Deck set up area

Team set up areas are only allowed inside the Gates and on the West side of pool.  There is no set-up area along the East end or the North East End of the Pool.  We will also have 2 warm-up lanes at the East end of the pool.

Estimated Timeline:

Friday

6:30 am Gates Open

7:00 am  to 8:30 am Pool Warm-up

9:00 am to 1:00 pm  1st Session 

2:00 pm to 4:00 pm 2nd Session 

Saturday 

6:30 am Gates Open

7:00 am to 8:00 am Pool Warm-up

8:30 am to 2:15 pm 1st Session 

3:00 pm to 5pm 2nd Session 

Sunday

6:30 am Gates Open

7:00 am to 8:00 am Pool Warm-up

8:30 am to 2:00 pm 1st Session the only session of the day Meet Ends 

Coaches of teams that will have relays may wish to print out a few pages of relay cards ahead of time and bring them to the meet already filled out and ready to go...

The following card is to be used if your swimmer has the wrong team affiliation, or their name is spelled wrong, or there are other changes we need to make in the database----this form is for changes at the meet.
