CSP Masters

CSP Tideriders Master Swim Club (CSPM) is an officially registered Club within the Ozark LMSC of USMS.  ALL weekday and Saturday practices are managed on-deck by experienced and highly trained USA-Swimming and ASCA-registered coaches; each practice is focused around daily themes to develop the well-rounded swimmer and address the diverse needs of the competitive masters swimmer (with STROKE and SPRINT days), the triathlete (DISTANCE FREESTYLE days), and the fitness swimmer, and to serve all ages, levels of ability and goal aspirations.  With over 125 regular club members and typically 20-30 swimmers at each practice, the CSPM program parallels the ideals of the CSP Tideriders: team pride in developing the skill levels of each swimmer in an atmosphere that is both supportive of individual success and FUN!  Each practice is a challenging opportunity to develop in a supportive atmosphere of like-minded individuals; working together, individual success is easier than doing it alone.  Since CSPM does not receive insurance protection from the facilities that host us, a USMS Membership is REQUIRED of ALL participants at ANY CSPM practice for reasons of insurance - otherwise the USMS policy, which accompanies a USMS membership, is NULL and VOID for ALL participants and coaches if merely ONE participant is NOT registered at ANY practice.  A USMS membership with CSPM costs only $35 ($25 to USMS; $10 to Ozark LMSC) for the 2009 USMS Membership Year (01/01/2009 to 12/31/2009) with $5 Ozark LMSC discount available to swimmers 75 years and older and full-time students 25 years and younger.  With your USMS Membership, you’ll receive the USMS SWIMMER bimonthly magazine (an $8 subscription included with your USMS membership) full trick and tips, drills and articles to help you improve your swimming.  TO JOIN: Merely go to https://www.clubassistant.com/club/usms.cfm?club=CSPM with your credit card in hand.  Be sure to select “CSP Tideriders Master Swim Club (CSPM)” as your club affiliation.  How can CSPM serve you?

Practice Schedule

Winter 2009-2010 Practice Schedule Tuesday, September 8, 2009 - May 29, 2010
Location:  The Center of Clayton, 50 Gay Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63105
Days/Times: Monday - Friday 5:15am - 6:30am; Saturday 7:00am-8:00am
Entry:  Please use west side entrance to enter in the morning.
CSPM Member Fees:   Daily fee $6.00, Monthly Fee $65 per month; $500.00 for 9 monhts, September through May; $650.00 for the 12 months September - Aug. 

All swimmers must be registered with United States Masters - see club assistant link above to join CSPM
