Swim School Policies

Registration/Payment

  • Complete enrollment form and send by mail, fax or email
  • Payment is due with registration form
  • You can pay by check, credit, debit card, or cash.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

  • Full refund/credit: if notice given at least one week prior to first day of session
  • 50% refund/credit: if less than 1 week notice
  • No refund/credit during session for beginner 2 classes and above.

Special Policy for Tot I, Tot II & Beginner I classes, ages 3& 4:

  • With our most beginner swimmers, we want to encourage and foster a love for the water. We understand not all swimmers ages 3 & 4 are ready and willing to participate. We want all our swimmers to have a positive experience and not feel any added pressure to take the plunge. For Tot I, Tot II & Beginner I classes with children ages 3 & 4: If your swimmer does not participate in class by the end of the second day of classes we will issue a full refund and encourage your swimmer to try again during another session or next summer. 

Changes to Scheduled Lessons

·        There is a $10 administrative fee for changes made to time or date on confirmed lessons.

Missed classes

  • No refunds or make ups for missed classes.

Swim Diapers Policy

  • Required by California Health Department
  • All children under 3 1/2 (42 months), potty trained or not
  • Only washable/Non-Disposable swim diapers approved by health dept. (available for sale at pool side desk)
  • If your child does not have proper swim diaper, your child may not enter pool. (no exceptions)
