This group is designed
for the swimmers who enjoy the sport and wish to do it while
balancing the demands of other activities outside the
pool. This group offers a great opportunity for high school
swimmers to get a little extra during the high school swimming
season. The training in this group will be on increasing their
conditioning and strength levels but with a greater focus on proper
mechanics. Practices and dry land will be highly encouraged but
there will be no requirements. The swimmers in this group must
attend local meets hosted by our team but all other meets will be
optional.
The opportunity to move up to the Senior Group will always be
available to these swimmers if they should desire and wish to make
a little more of a commitment.

This is a group designed for age group swimmers who want to make
year round swimming part of their lives. The group will be focused
on preparing the athletes to compete at the State and Regional Meet
level. Aerobic conditioning, technique, and speed work will be the
primary areas of focus for the group. The Junior National Group is
a high-level training group. Jr. National swimmers will work on
training longer distances, IM work, interval training, and aerobic
base development along with essential speed work. Training will be
geared to preparing the swimmer for state/regional competition and
possibly a future in National Level competition. Swimmers should
attend 4-5 practices a week

This is a competitive training
group designed to prepare the swimmers for the Jr. National

anaerobic training will be introduced as well as develop endurance
and overall muscle tone. It is recommended that each swimmer attend
4 practices a week.

a successful competitive swimmer. Advanced stroke drills to
improve mechanics, training and racing strategies, goal setting,
and meet preparation will be introduced. Developing a higher
aerobic capacity will be a focus of the White Group. It is
reccomended that each swimmer attend at least 3
practices.
Red 2 / Red 3 (Ages 5 -

The Red Groups will concentrate on
refining all four competitive strokes including the starts, turns and proper streamlines. All

provide the swimmer with a solid foundation
in swimming. The Red Groups will learn an
understanding of stroke drills and learn the skills to complete a
legal IM. These groups have 5 practices offered but the Red 2 comes
