The Nothland United Swim
Team offers training and practice groups for swimmers
of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the
Northland United Swim Team to offer age
specific training for all of our athletes geared towards
challenging each individual and developing each individual to the
best of THEIR abilities.
Practice Schedule/Group
Explanations
There are four different practice groups that were created in the
fall of the 2006 swim season. Participants will be limited to

pool space and quality instruction from the coaching
