HOW TO MEASURE

CHEST

Measure over the fullest part of your bust and around your back.

WAIST

Stand straight, measure around your natural waist (navel).

HIPS

Measure the widest part of the hips.

TORSO

The distance from the crotch to the base of the sternal notch. Long suits are 6cm larger on the body loop circumference.

TECHNICAL SUIT FITTING GUIDE

The Tracer line of suits are high performance garments engineered to control muscle undulation and enhance physiological response systems. The garment is highly compressive, but made with a lightweight fabric to reduce water absorption and drag while swimming.

Be careful while putting the garment on, as the nature of a lightweight, high performance suit requires time and caution to put on properly. Follow the instructions below to keep your Tracer suit in optimum condition and avoid any accidental damage.

• Place one leg in the suit, making sure seams are correctly positioned at the sides of the legs.
• To get the suit over the ankle, gently work the ankle opening over the foot to just above the ankle.
• Ensure the ankle opening is high enough up the leg to enable the rest of the suit to be pulled up fully, and sit correctly on the body.
• Gently pull up the suit to just above the knee making sure the material is pulled tight and there are no creases. We recommend pulling with a wide grip across seams, as the seams are the strongest part of the suit. Pulling directly on the fabric may result in damage to the suit.
• Repeat the process for the other leg, correctly positioning seams and gently pulling the remainder of the suit just above the knee, taking care to eliminate all of the creases.
• Once the suit is past the knee on both legs, begin pulling it up bit by bit, alternately up each leg.
• Avoid using your fingernails to pull on the suit. Pull the suit up with the care that you would use with a delicate fabric.
• Before attempting to pull the suit over your rear ensure that the legs have been fully pulled up to the top of the thighs and crotch.
• Then hitch the suit up over your rear and arrange the top of the legs, crotch and seams of the suit so it is comfortable.
• To fit over the torso, continue gently pulling the suit over the abdomen and lower back until the armholes can be fitted.
• Be careful while putting arms through the armholes and over the shoulders. Some final adjustments may be made in the length of the suit once the arms are through as skin can restrict the ease of the fabric sliding into proper positions.
• Make final leg and torso fit adjustments before zipping up the back. When zipping the zipper, be sure to arch your back and squeeze shoulder blades together so the zipper does not make any contact with the skin and snag.
• Upon first contact with water, the fabric is highly hydrophobic and will naturally repel water on the inside and outside of the garment. We recommend full submersion and squeezing out any water bubbles that accumulate due to the water repellant coating.

Shipping Fees and Delivery Timing

We can deliver to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional fee, which is outlined below. P.O. Boxes are not accepted due to only shipping order via UPS. Please note that depending on what products you order, you may receive your order via two separate shipments/boxes. There are no additional costs for orders delivered from multiple warehouses.

In calculating when you order will be shipped and then when the order will arrive, there are various factors come into play. First is the time of day your order is submitted. If you submit your order via either 2nd Day or Overnight and the order is approved prior to 10AM PST, your order will ship the same day. If you choose Ground Service, the order will ship within 2 business days from when the order is submitted and approved.

More details on when my order will arrive:

• Overnight Service and placed before 10AM PST will arrive the next business day.
• 2nd Day Service orders placed before 10AM PST will arrive in 2 business days.
• Overnight Service or 2^nd Day Service orders placed after 10AM PST will ship the next business day.
• Ground Service will ship 2 business days after order placement and will arrive in 3-5 business days after shipment.
• Saturday Deliveries are not available. GetOutSwim will email you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number.

TYR merchandise and The Finals merchandise ship from two different warehouse locations. If your order contains both products, it is likely you will receive on shipment before the other. You will not be charged for separate shipments.

Ground Service

Ground orders will be shipped within 2 business days of placing your order. A business day is Monday through Friday, exept holidays. You can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days after it was placed. There is a $10 shipping fee for orders over $75 to AK and HI.

2nd Day Service

2^nd Day orders will be shipped on the same day the order is submitted and approved, pending credit card approval and submission prior to 10AM PST. Otherwise, the order will ship on the next Business Day. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Overnight Service

Overnight orders will be shipped on the same day the order is submitted and approved, pending credit card approval and submission prior to 10AM PST. Otherwise, the order will ship on the next Business Day. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Shipping Fees and Discounts

GetOutSwim shipping fees are determined based on shipping method [Ground, 2^nd Day, Overnight], number of items and weight of the package. Shipping discounts are ONLY available with Ground Service and are defined below:

Returns

You may return new, unopened items sold by GetOutSwim within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (7 to 14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

How to return your products

Step 1: Click HERE to download and print a Return Mailing Label and Return Packing Slip. Fill in ALL areas and remember to include the Order Number which can be found on the packing slip that was included inside the box or on the email receipt that was emailed to you when the original order was placed.

Step 2: Pack the product(s) and include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order, if available. If you do not have your original packing slip, you must include a completed Return Packing Slip inside the box you return to GetOutSwim.

Step 3: Affix the Return Mailing Label to the outside of the box and be sure to include your order number and return to the GetOutSwim at:
