End of Season Meets: Ray Grant (SD):8 & Under meets are very similar to last year. The Bronze meet required significant reorganization, which Ray Grant (SD) has done.Districts discussion regarding the former ABF swimmers, now MAG, request to stay at Wheaton for the Districts meet and allow the form MVP and GMSC swimmers to go to Dartmouth. This would be more convenient for the swimmers at the ABF location. No motion was made to allow them to split from the GMSC and MVP locations.Ray Grant is also looking for all of the meet information sheets for championship meets to be submitted to him in a timely fashion so that he can review them prior to posting on the website.Ray Grant feels that a deadline should be a part of the meet bid process.

Long Course Calendar:Pam Warner (BOSS):posted tomorrow on the website.Rick Osterberg (NE) will be removing the M.I.T. meets from the calendar, as the charges at M.I.T., approximately $800 an hour, are prohibitively high. The Board of New England Swimming has reviewed these charges and concludes that no New England Swimming club could possibly afford to rent this facility at this rate structure.
