Informational Presentation by North Country Aquatic Club:� Members of the North Country Aquatic Club presented a proposal for a privately build and funded public facility to be built in the greater Hanover, New Hampshire area which will encompass approximately 35 acres and house a 50 meter pool.� Scheduled date for completion is late �07 to early �08.� Projected cost for this project in the $14-16 million.� Presenters discussed various ways New England Swimming could become involved and support such a facility.

Camps:� Some applications are in for the May Catch the Spirit Camp, there are a few remaining spots.

����������� Discussion regarding relay only swimmers � all meets except Regionals, 13-19, 12 & Under, Seniors and Open, there are a maximum of 2 relays which can score per team.� If a team has 1, 2 or 3 swimmers with individual cuts at such a meet, can fill the first relay out with a relay only swimmer.� 2nd relay from the same team can only have 4 individually qualified swimmers creating the 2nd relay.
Regional meets will move to 5 sites, with tougher time standards.
75%-25% rule for entering in meets has become well liked.� 75% - have check & entry in to the host team within 1 week so the host team knows who is coming.�
$5 participation fee in place for this summer.�
