All meets are auto-entry meets - coaches do the entries_
Please report swimmer's conflicts as early as possible after the schedule is posted to your practice coach, the Volunteer Coordinator (Ann Borges) at aeb101@optonline_net, and the Meet Entry Coordinator (Karen Johnson) at meetsignout@svynj_org_ There will be a final deadline for signouts for either individual meets or for a particular month of meets emailed to all parents at various times during the season_ If you do not notify the appropriate people prior to the broadcast signout deadline your swimmer will be scheduled to swim_

Parents - If you have a conflict and need to be excused from timing at a meet where your child is entered,
you must notify Ann Borges at least one week prior to the meet or you may be given a timing assignment_
Once assigned you will need to find your own replacement_

(Timers should bring their own watch in case the host club does not provide them_)
