From the Garden State Parkway:

• Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 89B to Route 70 West.
• Take Route 70 West to New Hampshire Avenue South.
• (To make the LEFT TURN you must use jug handle to the RIGHT).
• Continue 2 1/2 miles on New Hampshire Ave.
• Turn right onto West Whitty Road (just before the Garden State Parkway Overpass).
• The YMCA will be on the RIGHT just past a cemetery.

From I-195:

• Take I-195 EAST
• At exit 28A (US-9 / Lakewood), turn RIGHT onto Ramp
• Bear RIGHT (South) onto US-9 for 11.5 miles
• Turn LEFT (East) onto Whitty Rd
• The YMCA is on your left.
