Different Ways to Meet Your Fundraising Commitment

While all Osprey Aquatics fundraising vehicles are important and valuable, eScrip, Albertsons, Paper Scrip and Schoolpop ARE ALL YEAR ROUND FUNDRAISERS THAT COSTS THE TEAM, AND AS IMPORTANT, YOU, NOTHING. Please consider signing up for all of these programs! There is nothing out of pocket, just do what you normally do, shop for groceries, clothing, restaurant dining, etc.

In addition of the scrip-type fund raisers above, you can earn cash for Osprey through several other programs. Our most successful fund raising opportunity is the Osprey Golf and Auction in April. Other opportunities include Magazine Fundraising, the Swimming World SwimShop and collecting printer cartridges and used cell phones.

Magazine Fundraising

We also launched our new Magazine Fundraising campaign. Go to the Osprey Aquatics Magazine Fundraising page to help support Osprey by renewing your favorite magazine subscriptions, subscribing to new magazines, or giving gift subscriptions to friends, relatives, and/or business associates. Choose from over 650 popular magazine titles.

eScrip

The eScrip program has had a huge positive effect on the Osprey Aquatics and has become a great fundraiser for the Team. It is also the easiest way for Osprey families, relatives, friends and supporters to help the Osprey Swim Team.

When you are enrolled as a Osprey Supporter in the eScrip program the Osprey receive a percentage of your purchases at participating eScrip merchants such as Safeway, Whole Foods, Lunardi’s, PW Supermarkets, Cosentino’s, Draeger’s, Big 5, Macy’s, Eddie Bauer, Budget Rent a Car and many more eScrip merchants. Go to www.escrip.com for an up to date listing of eScrip's family of merchants.

The Osprey Swim Team appreciates your continued support for our team! All you have to do is enroll your Safeway Club card, PW Supermarket card, Macy’s card and whatever cards you use to make purchases (debit and credit cards) at the other participating merchants. All information is 100% confidential, eScrip does not sell supporter lists so you will not receive any unsolicited mail or phone calls.

You can enroll online at www.escrip.com or print out a signup form and mail it in. Osprey Aquatics, Group ID #138074963.

If you are already enrolled, please take a minute to go online to your "my escrip" account and make sure that you have renewed your Safeway Club Card membership and please verify that all your debit and credit cards have not expired. If your account is not regularly maintained, it could mean that even though you are shopping, contributions will not be registered with Osprey because of out-of-date account information.

Albertsons

Albertson’s Community Giving Program is a similar program to eScrip. For Osprey Supporters that shop for groceries at Albertson’s you can enroll your Preferred Cards online at www.albertsons.com. Click on "In the Community" (in the small print near the bottom of the page) and then "Community Partners". Then Click on "Supporter Login/Register". After you have entered your zip code, you can register your preferred card online. Follow the instructions to enroll Osprey Aquatics, ID # 49000114804 as a partner. or print out an Albertsons signup form and mail it in. Once enrolled, use your preferred card every time you shop and Osprey will receive a percentage (up to 4%) of all your grocery purchases. The Osprey Swim Team appreciates your support!

Paper Scrip

The Paper Scrip program is another great fundraiser for the Osprey Aquatics Swim Team. Paper Scrip are gift certificates or gift cards that are ordered by Osprey Families and delivered to them in the following week. This program takes only a bit of planning by the Osprey Supporters but once in the rhythm of weekly ordering, it is very easy. This program is great way for Osprey families to help the Team.

When you are a Osprey Supporter and order Scrip, the Osprey receive a percentage of your purchases at participating Scrip Advantage merchants such as Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Home Depot, OSH, Sears, Longs, Walgreens, Shell Gasoline, Chevy’s, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Burger King and many more. The weekly email reminders will include an order form with a complete listing of merchants.

The Osprey Swim Team appreciates your support! All you have to do is fill out an order form and attach a check made payable to "Osprey Aquatics". Drop the form in the scrip folder by Wednesday of each week. Your order will be placed over the weekend and will be available to pick up the following Wednesday & Thursday. Scrip delivery hours are listed in the reminder emails that are sent out each week. Special arrangements can be made for pickup on other days by calling or emailing the paper scrip coordinator.

SchoolPop

Do you shop online? If so, part of your purchases from many, many online merchants will go back to Osprey Aquatics. Please go online and register with SchoolPop at www.schoolpop.com, click on "Join". Let the website guide you through the process to register your debit & credit cards. Select Osprey Aquatics (ID #0629271) as your organization. You can choose up to 3 supporters. Once you are enrolled, shop at participating on-line merchants and a percentage of your online shopping will go back to the team! Remember, to start all of your online shopping at www.schoolpop.com. This ensures your rebates are earned by Osprey!

Osprey Golf Tournament and Auction

Recycled print cartriges and cell phones

Osprey Aquatics collects used ink jet and laser printer cartridges, as well as used cell phones. Osprey receives cash for each item they turn in for recycling. Place your used cartridges and phones in the box provided at the pool or you can give them directly to Coach Shannon.
