NCSS Fees & Payment

NCSS program has two payment options, credit card or cheque.

We have two payment options, 6 month instalments or one lump sum. Should you wish to change your payment, please contact NCSA Team Manager, Robin Loyola at robin.loyola@ncsaswim.ca

To set up a credit card, sign in to your account, under the sign in tab, you have a MY ACCOUNT tab. Click on that. Click on SETUP AUTO PAY, next click on ADD NEW CARD, fill in the credit card details, click save.

If you wish to pay by cheque, full lump sum option only, please make payable to NCSA and mail it to the following address:

Please note that the Membership Fee include NCSA Team Racing Cap, NCSA T-shirt, NCSA bathing suit as well as the Swim Alberta Fee.

NCSS’s withdrawal policy states that thirty (30) days written notice of your intention to withdraw must be provided to registration@ncsaswim.ca. The notice period shall commence on the date of receipt of the notification. There is a $50.00 Administration fee that will be applied to all withdrawals.

There is no refund of Membership fee or Swim Alberta Fee after September 1, 2019.

There is no refund of Annual Fees after February 28, 2020.

There will be a $30 charge for all declined credit card transactions or NSF Cheques.

Should the member's account be in arrears past 30 days, the member will no longer be considered a member in good standing. Corrective action will include removing the swimmer(s) from the water.

Payment Options for Dues

1.Payment in full:

  • Cheque dated September 1, 2019 - payable to NCSA
  • Visa or MasterCard - payment due on-line September 1, 2019

2. Six (6) equal monthly installments:

  • Visa or MasterCard - payments processed on the1st of each month from   September 2019 to February 2020. Credit Card transactions will be processed through our website.
