NCSS Fees & Payment

NCSS program has two payment options, 9 month instalments or one lump sum. Should you wish to change your payment, please contact NCSA Team Manager, Robin Loyola at [email protected]

To set up a credit card, sign in to your account, under the sign in tab, you have a MY ACCOUNT tab. Click on that. Click on SETUP AUTO PAY, next click on ADD NEW CARD, fill in the credit card details, click save.

Please note that the Membership Fee include NCSA Team Racing Cap, NCSA T-shirt, NCSA swimsuit as well as the Swim Alberta Fee.

NCSS's withdrawal policy NCSA-014-06.17.2020 states that thirty (30) days written notice of your intention to withdraw must be provided to [email protected] The notice period shall commence on the date of receipt of the notification. A $50.00 Administration fee that will be applied to all withdrawals.

There is no refund of membership fees after September 15, 2020.

There will be a $35 charge for all declined credit card transactions.

Should the member's account be in arrears past 30 days, the member will no longer be considered a member in good standing. Corrective action will include removing the swimmer(s) from the water. NCSA Member Payment Policy NCSA-012-06.17.2020.

Payment Options for Dues

1.Payment in full

  • Visa or MasterCard - payment due on-line September 1, 2020

2. Nine (9) equal monthly installments

  • Visa or MasterCard - payments processed on the1st of each month from September 2020 to May 2021. Credit Card transactions will be processed through our website.
