  2018 SWIM PRACTICE BEGINS TUESDAY, MAY 29th FOR 8 & UNDER'S ONLY

This practice will allow the time needed to evaluate & group the children according to their ability.

AFTERNOON PRACTICE FOR ALL AGES BEGINS WED. MAY 30 - JUNE 8

30 MIN. *DRY-LAND & 30 MIN. SWIMMING (*MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR (sneakers) FOR DRY-LAND)

 
13/14's & 15/18's 4:00 - 5:00 DAILY
11/12's 4:30 - 5:30 DAILY
9/10's 5:00 - 6:00 DAILY
8 & Under's  Group 1 (15 min. dry-land  30 min. swim) 5:45 - 6:30 DAILY
8 & Under's  Group 2 (15 min. dry-land  30 min. swim) 6:15 - 7:00 DAILY

 

MORNING PRACTICE  MON. JUNE 11 - JULY 27

15 MIN. *DRY-LAND EXERCISES & 45 MIN. SWIMMING (*MUST HAVE APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR (sneakers)  FOR DRY-LAND)

7:00-8:30 DAILY High Intensity Workout (geared for year round swimmers and those that want a more challenging workout)
7:30-8:30 DAILY   15-18
