joining the Bulldog Aquatic Club?
At the beginning of
each of our three sessions during the year, Bulldog Aquatic
Club offers the opportunity for swimmers to come and be evaluated
by our coaching staff for group placement and try out swim
practice without charge. During "try-it," swimmers new to
BAC are able to swim side-by-side with current BAC team
members at practice. Prior to or during "try-it" your
swimmer will be evaluated for potential group
"Try-it weeks" are held
at specific times of the year and may be different for different
swim groups. You must contact our Membership
coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org to
schedule and evaluation or make a reservation in order for your
swimmer to participate in a "try-it week." Generally, the
try-its will be held at the beginning of each session.
Generally, evaluations for our younger groups will take place a few
weeks before the beginning of each session. Our sessions start
September 1st (Session I), January 1st (Session II), and
May 1st (Session III).
next "try-it" period will be for our Session I. Session
I practices start September 1st. Try-it
week will be the first week in September.
Evaluations for the
Bulldogs, Jr. Dogs, Underdogs and Puppy I and II may be
held at the Northville High School School pool in
Northville in mid to late August. After
evaluation in August, swimmers in these groups can attend
practice during Try It week as noted above to have the
opportunity to try out an actual practice.
Evaluation and Try It
for the Sr. Dogs will be held the first week in September at
the Stevenson High School pool in Livonia. New
swimmers will have the opportunity to try out an actual

In order to be evaluated
and attend practice during try it week, you must contact the
Membership coordinator to schedule your evaluation and you must
bring the two forms listed below to the evaluation.
