PRACTICE
GROUP
Novice
swimmers- Novice
swimmers who have successfully completed Bangor
Swim Lessons Level 5 and
are just starting on team for the first time, swim 1 hour 3
times a week.
Intermediate
swimmers- Intermediate
swimmers who have been swimming a while and are at the competition
level, swim 90 min per
day 3 days a week minimum.
Elite
swimmers- Swimmers
13 and over who achieve Gold Time standards or who are
senior/advanced swimmers (over
15), swim 2
hours per day 4 days a week minimum.
