Fall Cross Country: Cross Country is the
fall season for the Flyers track club. Athletes will learn
the fundamentals of distance running and techniques unique to
Winter Training: Keep in shape for the
upcoming track and field season by working with Flyers
coaches and Y Personal Trainers in the Flyers Off Season Track
Conditioning class! Or build endurance and muscle strength with
sport specific workouts in the Water Running class.
Spring Track & Field: Athletes will learn the
fundamentals of running as well as track & field
events, techniques and skills. More experienced athletes will
build on the fundamental skills through conditioning and in-depth
training for their desired events.
Summer Track & Field: Girls and boys are taught the fundamentals of
running and track and field event techniques and skills led by a
USATF certified coach.
