Mission
The goal of the Clifton
Park-Halfmoon Piranhas is to maximize strengths, overcome areas of
weakness, and help each individual reach their fullest potential in
all of the endeavors of their life.
- To expand our membership in order to share the sport of
swimming with as many other people as possible in our community
- To publicize and promote the sport of swimming in our
community
- To inspire, support, and encourage competitive excellence
in the sport of swimming and in life for our youth
- To encourage members of our community to participate in
aquatic activities for good health and recreation
The Clifton Park-Halfmoon
Piranhas are a USS year round competitive swim team with a
professional coaching staff that provide a challenging and
rewarding experience for swimmers of all ages and
abilities.
All of our coaches are
USS certified with years of experience. Their role is to inspire,
motivate, educate, and help each individual reach their maximum
potential, both in and out of the water. They provide a rewarding
and enriching atmosphere for your children each and every
day.
The Clifton Park-Halfmoon
Piranhas, a non profit club, is run by its elected Board of
Directors which meets once a month. All members are welcome at each
meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities and
fundraisers.
We are constantly growing
and training young swimmers to maintain a well rounded competitive
