Club provides the opportunity and encouragement for each
of our swimmers to develop his or her full potential in competitive
swimming in the pursuit of personal excellence.
MAC's vision is to be the premier swim club in the new hot-spot for
competitive swimming in Canada. With a brand new 8-lane 25 metre
pool, the brand new 10-Lane Markham Pan Am Centre pool, and Swim
Ontario Coach of the Year recipient Head Coach Robert Novak and his
coaching staff are excited to take the club to new heights and
utilizing everyone's unique strengths of our MAC swimming family,
build upon our past success and develop into a national model of
excellence committed to each individual and overall TEAM
success, from the grassroots to Olympic level.

First and foremost every decision
that is made by the Club will be made based on the impact to the
swimmers. The swimmers are the most important component of
the Club and whenever possible all time, attention, and resource
should be directed towards the betterment of the swimmers.
We strive to inspire and enable
our swimmers to achieve excellence in the sport of swimming and in
life while creating an environment where excellence is inevitable
The Club values the knowledge and
dedication of each coach. Coaches will have a safe and
enjoyable environment in which to work. Coaches should have
the opportunity to learn and grow as a coach and the freedom to
make decision and be accountable for the outcomes.
As a member of the swimming
community we take pride in contributing to the sport by ensuring
that we have well trained officials not only for our own meets, but
for other clubs’ meets when called upon.
As members we recognize our role
is to support the swimmers, coaches, and Club in any way
possible. As a volunteer run organization the Club’s
success is directly linked to the volunteering efforts of the

MAC has been promoting excellence
in the sport of competitive swimming for close to 40 years.
Throughout these years MAC athletes have proudly represented our
community at Local, Regional, Provincial, National and
International levels. MAC has come to be recognized and respected
in the Canadian swimming community.
