About PAQ

Performance Aquatics (PAQ) was launched in July 2011 by Kathleen Prindle, former apprentice of legendary Olympic coach Michael Lohberg, to support and serve South Florida's elite swimming talent.  PAQ is committed to the philosophy that the pursuit of true athletic excellence requires personal attention. This year-round, competitive USA Swimming program, based in southeast Florida (Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton) addresses the individualized training needs of highly motivated athletes.

To provide PAQ swimmers with the opportunity and multi-dimensional support necessary to perform to their maximum potential in the water, and in life.

Our Vision

PAQ delivers individualized, expert one-on-one coaching, disciplined high-performance training, and extraordinary focus on technique in order to leverage and enhance a swimmer's natural talents and allow them to reach their maximum potential.  We believe that no two swimmers are identical, so training is individually tailored to complement each swimmer.
