NOTE: On days of home swim meets,
the pool closes at 4PM. Please check the calendar for events
that may impact pool hours.
NOTE: When public school districts resume classes
in August, the pool will open at 4:30pm on weekdays until the end
of the season, except for Labor Day.
Members may bring guests to the pool and must pay a
$5 per guest fee.
Guests sign in with the visiting family and the
$5 fee or pre-paid guest pass.
Guest passes may be purchased at the concession
stand. If passes are not available, please place cash in
guest fee box.
Each guest is allowed to visit Cedarmill a
maximum of 6 times per season.
Out-of-town guests are allowed to visit at no
additional charge unless visiting over an extended period.
If a family brings 10 or more guest on a single
visit, this is consider a "party" and must adhere to the Pool Party
Guidelines to ensure the safety of ALL members and guests (contact
[email protected] for further information!).
Swimming is only allowed when a lifeguard
is on duty.
When only one guard is on duty, there will
be 10 minutes each hour whereby only those individuals 18 years and
older will be allowed in the pool. This is known as
“Adult Swim” and provides the guard with a

Children under the age of twelve (12) must be
accompanied by an adult; an adult is considered 18 years and older,
OR an approved Sitter-Nanny by a parent or
guardian which is twelve years or older.
The Lifeguard shall restrict activities which may
be potentially unsafe.
Admission to the pool is limited to members
and their guests. Members over the age of 12 must be able to
produce their membership card upon request. Guests must possess a
valid, unexpired guest pass upon request.
Guests are welcome, but must accompany a member and
adhere to the guest rules policy.
Admission to the pool is refused to all persons
having a contagious disease or infectious condition.
All members shall drive slowly and carefully on the
driveway and approaching the parking area of the pool.
The pool may be closed for maintenance purposes,
health conditions, weather, or any other reason deemed sufficient
by the pool manger and/or Trustees / Board.
Only swimming apparel will be allowed while
Candy wrappers, food containers, beverages,
cigarette butts and miscellaneous waste materials are to be placed
in the proper disposal containers provided at all times.
Damage to club property, including landscape and
all facilities, will not be permitted and any member that causes
damage shall be held personally responsible.
No one will be permitted in the deep water of the
pool unless he/she can demonstrate his/her ability to swim one
length of the pool and have the ability to tread water for at least
Parents must supervise children using the
baby pool. This means being in the baby pool area with the
children and monitoring their activity. This applies to
children of ALL ages.
Parents must supervise their children at all times
on all Cedarmill property.
The use of inflatable objects in the pool is at the
discretion of the lifeguard on duty.
Unnecessary conversation or annoying the lifeguard
while on duty is not permitted.
Only authorized personnel are allowed on the
lifeguard stand. All persons entering the pool and pool grounds
must obey the instructions of the lifeguards and the instructions
of the Trustees/Board.
Failure to comply with rules, regulations,
or instructions may result in dismissal from the pool

The turf field is available for rental at the
following rate schedule:
1-4 Hours: $40/HR
5-9 Hours: $35/HR
10+ Hours: $30/HR
Times on the field are provided on first-come,
first-serve basis with preference given to active members of
Cedarmill Bath and Tennis Club.
