Spring Workouts: Monday - Thursday  (Starts Monday, April 20nd 2020)

Monday - Thursday Workout Times

6 & Under    3:30 - 4:00PM  (2019 swimmers & those meeting skills)

7/8               4:00 - 4:45PM

9/10              4:45 - 5:45PM

11 & Up        4:45 - 6:00PM

Saturday Workout Times

9 year olds    9:00 - 9:30AM

10 & Up         9:30 - 10:30AM

8 & Under      10:30 - 11:00AM

Summer Workouts (Starts Monday, June 1st, 2020)

Monday - Thursday Morning Workout Times

11/12         Pool: 8:00 - 9:15AM pool; Dryland: 9:30 - 10:00AM  

13 & Up      Dryland: 8:40 - 9:10AM; Pool: 9:15 - 10:45AM 

9/10           Dryland: 10:20 - 10:40AM; Pool: 10:45 - 11:45AM

7/8             Dryland: 11:30 - 11:45PM; Pool: 11:45 - 12:30PM

6 & Under   Dryland: 12:15 - 12:30PM; Pool: 12:30 - 1:00PM

Friday Morning Workout Times (no dryland)

11/12          8:00 - 9:00AM

13 & Up      9:00 - 10:00AM

9/10           10:00 - 11:00AM

7/8              11:00 - 11:30AM

6 & Under   11:30 - 12:00PM

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Afternoon Workout Times

8 & Under    5:00 - 5:30PM; 9 & Up    5:30 - 6:30PM

Please note afternoon workouts are intended as a makeup for those swimmers who have missed morning practices due to scheduling conflicts.

Week of June 29th Schedule

Regular practice June 29, 20 and July 1.   Swim meet July 1.   No practices July 2 and 3.   

No Microwaves lessons ALL week.
