The
Y-Spartaquatics Swim Club is a year round competitive swim team
located in South
Carolina’s upstate. YSSC is a program of the YMCA of Greater
Spartanburg and competes in both USA Swimming
and YMCA sanctioned meets.
It is the objective of
YSSC:

To provide a comprehensive swim program for it’s
members ages 4 to college age and beyond.

To develop a comprehensive training plan for athletes who desire to
excel in swimming and achieve their maximum potential in the pool
and life.
·
To deliver a program that provides a positive atmoshpere that will
help swimmer’s accomplish their goals in swimming regardless
of their level of commitment, experience, and
ability
·
To help each individual team member feel a sense of accomplishment
through planning for and achieving seasonal and long term
goals.

To continue to be one of the top competitive swimming programs in
the southeastern USA.
Through these objectives, the YSSC goal
is:

To develop and promote swimming with an emphasis on individual
attention and concern for healthy spirit, mind and
body.
